The EFS fasteners website now offers more product pages, in-depth information on machining and services, new case studies and content in Italian, English and German. It has been expanded to provide buyers, engineers, procurement professionals and quality managers with more technical information from the very first stages of their search for a special fasteners supplier.
The aim is not simply to present what EFS can supply, but to make it easier to understand which solutions can be managed, which processes are involved and what expertise is required.
From product categories to detailed technical information
One of the main developments is the expansion of the product area. General product categories are now complemented by pages dedicated to specific types of fasteners.
The special screws and bolts section, for example, provides dedicated information on drawn fasteners, hexagon head bolts, socket head screws, Torx screws, flange bolts, hammer head bolts and bi-hexagonal fasteners. Individual pages explore their characteristics, industrial applications, materials and relevant standards, together with FAQs addressing recurring technical questions.
The same approach has been applied to services. The mechanical reworking section provides more detailed information on the machining operations that can be carried out on fasteners, including turning, grinding, drilling, milling and thread reworking.
This level of detail is particularly relevant for special fasteners, where a requirement rarely comes down to diameter, length and material alone. Non-standard geometries, tolerances, surface treatments, inspections and subsequent machining operations can determine the entire supply process.
New case studies: from specification to supply
The new case studies have a specific purpose: to show through actual supplies how different technical requirements translate into specific manufacturing processes, machining operations and inspections.
This is also where EFS’s role in coordinating the complete supply project becomes particularly clear. Depending on the project, EFS analyses the specifications, selects suitable manufacturers and processes, coordinates production, any subsequent machining and treatments, and verifies inspections, certifications and traceability.
EFS website therefore also becomes a collection of real industrial applications, helping customers understand not only what can be supplied, but how a special fastener project is managed when it involves different materials, technologies and manufacturing stages.
EFS website now in Italian, English and German
The expansion of the website also reflects the international dimension of EFS. Content is available in Italian, English and German, giving international customers and buyers direct access to information on products, materials, services, industrial sectors and case studies.
The English version provides a reference point for the different international markets in which EFS operates, while the German version addresses a more specific requirement. The DACH region is already an important market for EFS, and providing technical content in German enables buyers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland to explore products and capabilities using terminology suited to their industrial environment.
The German version is not intended exclusively for companies based in the DACH region. It can also support Italian and international customers working on projects for the German market and looking for a supply partner familiar with its requirements and business practices.
This presence is supported by more than localised digital content. EFS has German-speaking sales professionals who can directly manage enquiries, technical specifications and communications with German-speaking buyers and other project stakeholders.
The development of the website therefore follows the development of EFS itself: more technical content to support the evaluation of complex supplies and more tools to communicate directly with international markets.
