Tensile Tests

They make it possible to evaluate parameters such as tensile strength, yield strength and material behaviour under stress. They are fundamental tests for confirming the mechanical characteristics of the component and its suitability with respect to the required technical specifications.
Impact Tests
Impact tests are used to assess the material’s ability to withstand impact. They are often carried out through Charpy testing and may also be required at low temperatures, when the component must ensure adequate performance in severe environmental conditions. They are important tests for materials intended for applications subject to impact, dynamic stress or low operating temperatures.
Visual and Dimensional Report
The Visual and Dimensional Report documents the visual, dimensional and geometric checks carried out on the component. The inspection is performed against the technical drawing, sample or specifications required by the customer. This report is useful for certifying component conformity in terms of dimensions, geometries, threads, finishes and visual characteristics.

In addition to the most common certifications and inspections, EFS can support specific requests related to technical specifications, sector standards or the customer’s internal procedures.
